The building complex was constructed over the decades, and all buildings and sections are indoor accessible to each other.

The property is zoned industrial, with building service available at 4000A/480V/3Ph. One side of the complex consists of a 3 story mill building, a 2 story mill building, and a 1 story office type building, all with brick, posts and beams, and 15’ ceilings. Most of the space is flooded with natural light.
